JCP Mediation

Rates

The current rate for non-court appointed mediations is $200 per hour for mediation and $100 per hour for travel in excess of 60 miles roundtrip.  There is also an administrative fee of $250 for mediation preparation and scheduling, including review of Mediation Memorandum’s.  All time, except the administrative fee, is billed in 6 minute increments with a minimum charge of two hours for each mediation.

Cancellations and/or postponements made more than 5 business days prior to the scheduled mediation will result in a $100 fee.  Cancellations and/or postponements within 5 business days of the scheduled mediation will result in a $300 fee.
